How your alarm works
Our advanced Intruder Alert 24 security system offers you immediate notification should there be a problem within your home. In the event of a break-in, the system speech-dialler automatically calls up to four programmed telephone numbers, including mobiles, with a pre-recorded message. An external alarm siren is also triggered alerting neighbours and deterring burglars in the process of breaking in. The system is flexible and can be easily re-programmed with new numbers and messages.
With the Intruder Alert 24 Agreement you will receive*
- An annual service visit to ensure your system remains in optimum working order. Free parts and labour warranty** in the first year with no additional charges for call out and reset.
- 24 hour Customer Care line that can help with incidents and provide advice †
- 24 hour engineer call out should immediate assistance for your alarm be required.
What happens when your alarm is triggered
- A detector is triggered. The external alarm siren is triggered and the system dials the first programmed telephone number
- Not answered or message not acknowledged: Your system will dial the next contact number†† Answered: A pre-recorded message informs you that your alarm has been activated and is acknowledged as received by pressing '8' on your phone.
